The BWC and MCOs are committed to finding effective strategies to return injured workers to work safely and within reasonable time frames. The Degree of Disability Management (DoDM) model is one of the tools used for that purpose.  The DoDm is the model the BWC used to measure and compensate an MCO for its success in return to work.  The chart below shows OEHP as the best of the medium to small MCOs and third overall behind the two largest MCOs in Ohio. (4^th Quarter 2009).
